By placing an order through our online store, market or any other platform including trade sales, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. The Yorkshire Beeswax Candle Company will not be held responsible for any damage/human damage or any other damage created and cannot be held responsible for damages. Candles and other products are used at the customers own risk and US/The Yorkshire Beeswax Candle Co can not be held responsible.

All candles are product tested and regular inspections during batch making.

We ask that you follow all safety rules whilst using any candle. Our candle rules are available on our website.
We use a selection of wicks from third party companies. All wicks are tested on a regular basis.

Our Cosmetics have been tried and tested and hold all relevant documentation for sale within the UK/British isles.

 Beeswax information provided to helping medical conditions are gathered from online content and the research from GMO declarations however may not be suitable for everyone. using our products is entirely down to personnel choice and must not be used if in doubt or suffer with serious medical conditions without prior advice from the NHS or your local GP

This also applies to any market sales which include the sale of any of out products. By purchasing our products from our website/online platforms or market stalls or as a trade purchase, you automatically agree to our terms of use and privacy policy documentation on this website.

These Terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of Products to you (Contract). Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any Products from our site.

Our products

All our products are handmade using Yorkshire Beeswax or other eco friendly natural products. All products have been fully tested before sale. We use essential oil in our scented products which are purchased from trade suppliers and have been tested and passed quality standards.

All product descriptions are correct at the time of appearing on our website and can be modified at any point.

Packaging of products may vary from what is shown in product pictures

 Wax used is natural Beeswax and may not be suitable for everyone. If any bad side affects are experienced at anytime we suggest to stop using the product immediately. Scents used in our products are essential oil blends and may not be suitable for everyone.

Purchasing our Products as a consumer/private buyer (Trade)

We only supply the Products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Products for any commercial, business or resale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. We reserve our rights in full to take any action we deem necessary against any person attempting to resell products bought on our site.

Only retail shops who we work with and hold on file may only sell our products. Prior agreement must be met before selling any of our products.

 

Order Placing and agreement of our terms

Each order created will mean you automatically agree to all our terms of use, contractual agreement and privacy policy.

After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

We have the right to cancel any order at anytime. You will be informed by email to the email address you provided on your order. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email stating dispatched with dispatch information.

 

Returns Policy

All orders are photographed before dispatch and double checked. If you discover a problem with your order, we ask for you to contact us within 24 hours of delivery of order. Orders are fully trackable and recorded at time of delivery. Please email us at Sales@TheYorkshireBeeswaxCandleCompany.co.uk stating your name, address, order number and a full description of your issue.

We stand by the high quality of all our Products. Each Product will have been inspected prior to packing. If you have received any Products that are damaged or faulty, please accept our sincere apologies. Please see our Returns Policy for details of how to return any damaged or faulty Products. Because you are a consumer, we are under a legal duty to supply Products that are in conformity with this Contract. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these Terms will affect these legal rights.

We as a company cannot he held responsible for any damage or accidental damage of any of our products. To maintain a safe operating procedure on our flamed candles please follow all safety information provided.

Complaints should not be discussed on social media including slander comments in regard to our company, products or material at any time. Legal proceeding can be enforced for any slanderous comments that may affect our business.

 

 

Dispatch and Delivery

Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of ordering. Busy periods may result in a short delay. If a product becomes out of stock, we will create a new batch and dispatch within 5 working days.

All orders are dispatched using HERMES or Royal Mail.

We cannot be held responsible if a courier struggles to locate or deliver your address. We will only dispatch to the address provided on your order.

Please allow up to 14 days for any order to arrive. Usual delivery time is ¾ working days but can take longer during busy periods.

UK Postage costs can be found and seen before checkout and may change at any time without prior notification.

 

We deliver to the countries listed on our Delivery Rate webpage (International Delivery Destinations). However, there are restrictions on some Products for certain International Delivery Destinations, so please review the information on that page carefully before ordering Products.

If you order Products from our site for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges, and we cannot predict their amount.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

For all international postage please allow up to 28 days normal delivery. Busy periods and custom checks may take longer.

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number, which must be the same address and telephone number that your debit/credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

All debit/credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
